Embody Health Psychology operates primarily as a self-pay practice, allowing personalized and confidential care without insurance-driven limitations. Payment is due at the time of service. A superbill can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement based on individual plan benefits. Multiple payment options are accepted, including major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and Zelle.
If you live in Florida and have Aetna coverage, sessions may be eligible for in-network benefits depending on your specific plan. It is recommended that you contact Aetna directly to confirm your mental health coverage, deductible, and copay or coinsurance responsibilities. For all other insurance plans, services are provided on an out-of-network basis. A superbill can be provided upon request for possible reimbursement according to your plan’s out-of-network benefits.
90 minute initial session to assess history and formulate treatment plan
50 minutes psychotherapy session via telehealth
Hourly rate. Extended virtual or in-person sessions designed for deeper therapeutic work, including Somatic Experiencing–based sessions, guided experiential work, and other focused therapeutic processes. Length and structure are determined collaboratively based on clinical need.
Hourly rate. Comprehensive psychological evaluations completed to meet medical clearance requirements for procedures such as bariatric surgery, spinal cord stimulation, pain interventions, or other physician-recommended treatments. Evaluations include clinical interview, record review as needed, and a written report for the referring provider.
All payments due at time services are rendered. Sliding scale rates may be available for those who qualify.
